Knowing God or Knowing About Him
I’ve spent a lot of my life knowing about God but not actually knowing Him. I was raised with a pretty common religious belief that God didn’t speak to us anymore and that relationship with God now meant learning facts about Him by reading the Bible and trying really hard to follow all the rules.
